Founding Engineer

I joined Second Axis — an AI-powered product management platform that helps product teams connect their tools, surface insights, and automate the generation of PRDs, specs, and tickets — as the first engineering hire. Working closely with the CEO and CTO, I helped shape the product vision — sitting in on roadmap discussions, scoping features, and setting timelines for deliverables and customer demos.

I owned full-stack development end-to-end, building out new features across the entire product. (FastAPI, React, Next.js, MongoDB, AWS, E2B, LangChain)

On the go-to-market side, I helped drive outreach and community building across a product manager community, hosting events of over 2,000 people in Boston, New York, and San Francisco. I led the acquisition and onboarding of our first paying customers — embedding directly into their accounts, building custom integrations to meet their technical needs, and maintaining close relationships that drove retention and shaped the product roadmap.
